Absolute worst customer service. You cannot get in contact with anyone and even tried going to the Dr. Martens store closest to me (an hour and a half away) and received awful service there as well. $160 pair of shoes I sent back over a month and a half ago and still never got a refund. Wont be buying another pair.
If I could give 0 zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. I sent back pair of shoes that I paid 170.00 for a month ago and still have not received my refund. I have emailed customer service 3 times and no reply. Everytime I have called it is busy. I did get through one time and answering machine said they were in a meeting. Very poor customer customer and I want my money. I was going to buy my daughter a bigger size but now I will never buy from this website.

The doc marten firth work boots are literally the worst boots I have ever owned $170 dollars right down the fu***** drain , by far the biggest disappointment in work boots I’ve ever had
Really happy with the responses I got from Rafael at customer service. He handle my case very good and with super nice service! Very appreciated!
So disappointed my doc marten shoes now have a split sole. I waited for years to buy a pair after much debating. Less than a year they have lasted and I only wear them 2/3 times a week for work.
Needless to say I'll not be investing in another pair. ????
I made an order and waited many days for my order to be delivered. It's because they still waiting for that shoes to be returned and send over to me. This is why there is blues stained inside the boots. I requested for exchange. They replied quickly within 2hr. They will not except exchange but will charge me $7 for return. And, when I asked to not charge me a return fee because the shoe had been worn before and have blue stained inside of the boots. I also send a videos. It's been 1 full day, no one respond. I also email them that I can't get a return label through the site because the link that they provided keep crashing. No one answer me. I pay this much money for this kind of service? Get your shoes back. I don't give my money to this company.
Everyone at Dr. Martens has been really helpful... They're fantastic.

I bought boots for my daughter from the online shop, unfortunately we had to exchange them for different boots but I’d lost the receipt but wanted a refund so that my daughter could buy straight from the DM shop. I spoke to Rafael in customer services and he helped me to arrange a refund, he was incredibly helpful and understanding, can’t thank him and DM enough for their great customer service.

Took along time to come, But they are so comfortable I recommend sizing up if your a half size like me.
I liked the delivery’s speed but I don’t like how the returns aren’t free cause there a huge portion of my right shoe that is visibly missing shoe glue, i have the combs extra tough but the part where the heel goes it looks like it was touched against a hot surface and it melted a little
SO VERY HAPPY WITH THE MADE IN ENGLAND BOOTS... SO COMFORTABLE AFTER TWO WEEKS. $#*! CHINA... England rules
